So let’s get something straight.
Just because stakeholder 1 doesn’t appreciate our protagonist’s actions, doesn’t mean that stakeholder 2 feels the same. No one’s information perfect. Protagonist, stakeholder 1 and stakeholder 2 would all be incorrect in believing they know the absolute quality of the protagonist’s actions. Whether that be good, bad, selfish or altruistic.
People often struggle with this.
